Paranoia
Just came back from church. It was so embarrassing though. okay, today we played host for the 55th St Vincent De Paul Anniversary. Grandpa had special recognition since he served in the Svdp society for 51 years now. Dad, as President of the Nativity conference went up to draw out numbers for the lucky draw. Anyways, what happened was when Rowena went up to say "A reading from.." The mike system was out so the front could hear Rowena's "testing" thrice into the mike faintly. She walked down and went into the AVA room. She had to make do with a free mike. I had similiar experience. I forgot the weekday masses do not have the procession of faith so I waited for His Grace to lead with the "I believe". Instead, he said the opening prayer for the prayer of the faithful. Uncle Simon blew into the pulpit's mike and there was sound. I spoke a couple into the mike, no sound. -.- I turned back and Father Paul gave me a free mike. We went for dinner. It came free for us since we helped the Svdp society so they paid 35 for us each. Leonard, Melvin and some altarboys joined our table, the only youth table there apart from StMichael primary, SJI. Rowena and I were saying how the average age of the congregation was on the way back to the sacristy. We decided on 55 then reduced to 40, taking into account the students and some children, some. We crapped at our table and the first dish arrived. okay, here's it. I used my chopsticks to lift a springroll and poop. It fell into Rowena's drink with the other 8 except Melvin as my witness. He later asked what happened and saw the waitress take the glass with the roll inside and was 'enlightened'. Mortifying huh. Another thing, our table won a bottle of wine. See, every dinner I go to, my table would win something. haha. Right, so the two very adult tables on either side of us were saying that we were underage. But Leonard, 21 and Mevin, way past 21 with another lady were at our table so they couldn't grab our bottle away. They shook and popped the cork. Yes, it's called a cork. LOL. Anyways, I did a 7.5% white. (:Idol was so cute today. haha.

but is happy with the truth.
Love never gives up;
and its faith, hope and patience never fail."

faith, hope and love;
